Civil Engineer (Contract 1 year) @Rayong (80K-100K) (SDG-26282)
<Job Responsibilities>
Analyze data to plan the construction from Design Team.
Prepare and submit Permits to Comply with Thai regulations
Analyze test results of construction materials
Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Use a range of computer software for developing detailed designs undertaking complex calculations (AutoCAD)
Communicate with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
Compile job specs and supervising tendering procedures
Resolve design and development problems with the design team.
Manage budgets and project resources
Make sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Coordinate between Engineer team for the same goal.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 40-50 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
10 years’ experience up in Construction business (factory construction)
5 years’ experience in supervising subordinates.
Good command of English (Advanced conversation)
Full proficiency of AutoCAD
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills.
