Duties & Responsibility

(Work Outline) 

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales

(Client)

Factories in industrial estate in Chonburi or Rayong

(Product)

CNC machine, Mold & Die Metal

(Detail) 

Monitors quality of service for members, and ensures that employees are 

maximizing opportunities to sell products

Maintains company profit by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports to Japanese MD

Meeting with president at headquarter in every week to report branch’s status or problem that have to be solved

Find new customer or any factory that want to buy CNC machine and sell them by yourself or with sales team

Motivate employees to work with team or individual to achieve the target

Make decisions based on market and community, and develop plans to increase profit customer base

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Male, age 35-45 , Thai nationality

Bachelor degree in engineer or any related field

Strong basic at CNC machine, mold and die-mold

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Branch manager or any supervisory level

Able to use Microsoft office ,especially in excel

Have driving license and own car

Good command in English to contact to Client or using in company

               [Prefer]

Have an experience as manager in machine manufacturer or any trading company

Japanese is preferable

Languages skills:

English: Advance conversation level

Japanese: Conversation level (preferable)

Workplace Area:J-PARK Sriracha / Chonburi    

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00)2 Saturday/month.

About the Benefit

Salary: 50,000-55,000 THB/ Month
