Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assure business group of best quality of candidates through recruitment process
- Understand recruitment needs from line managers, identify potential experienced candidates for any opening positions according to requirements and to comply with both manpower planning and business strategies
- Proactively screen and source candidates from external and internal recruitment sources
- Interview and provide short-listed candidates to Line Managers
- Familiar with recruitment process and take ownership of the Recruitment SOP
- Prepare monthly recruitment reports, recruitment database and other tasks as assigned by the Recruitment Manager
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
[MUST]
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-30
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or any related fields
- At least 2-5 years of experience in recruitment
- Good command of English
- Microsoft Office

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding business

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17.00
