Chief Engineer (100K–120K) (SDG-105673)

<Job responsibilities>
- Provide a professional advisory and support service to the Director of Engineer to Assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department.
- Control, initiate and undertake assigned projects.
- Monitor and Maintain accuracy records relating to utility costs and oversee the general Cost Control aspects of maintenance.
- Carry OUT regular inspections of plant and equipment and ensure that inspections required by Government authorities are conducted and documented.
- Control and supervise the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance (PM) systems
- Check all Fire and engineering safety features to ensure they operate at high efficiency.
- Ensure proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment within the property.
- Implements energy and water management systems to minimize wastage and costs.
- Implement Cost effective Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Condition Monitoring Programs.
- Supervise the daily operation and Maintenance of buildings, electrical and mechanical services, water features.
- Carry OUT all emergency repairs to all technical equipment, general fitting, welding and machining.
- Maintain and audit all workshop tools and equipment for the running of workshop’s trades and functions.
- Ensure that workshops have adequate stock and materials in Stores and that all workshops are kept in a clean and safe environment.
- Oversee so that expenses are in line with departmental budgeting, capital plan and projects.
- Participate in the preparation of the strategic Business and Operating Plans.
- Ensure Lift failure tracking is carrying OUT every single month.
- Prepare monthly reports attend the meeting for monthly management meeting (MMM).
- Ensure that all engineering staff comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
- Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career pathing.
- Implement and Maintain training systems to ensure that staff have the necessary framework and skills to Perform their job efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, Business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep all associates are fully informed
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all mechanical equipment and rooms.
- Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
- Prepare annual maintenance budget for the Engineering Director’s review and approval.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or the relevant engineering field.
- 5 years experiences in Building Management and Engineering System of a high-rise building
- At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a large team (10+ staffs).
- Understanding of engineering principles.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing, reading), mostly present montly report
- Proficient in Engineering System of a high-rise building (budget, cost management, forecast).
- Obtain engineering license (Minimum Associate Engineer)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Certified energy Manager (CEM)
Functional Required (Advantage):
- Master’s degree above major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or the relevant engineering field
- Working experience in the real estate industry
- Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, writing, reading)

- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในด้านการจัดการอาคารและระบบวิศวกรรมของอาคารสูง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการเป็นผู้นำหรือควบคุมทีมขนาดใหญ่ (พนักงาน 10 คนขึ้นไป)
- ความเข้าใจหลักการทางวิศวกรรม
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่อง (ฟัง พูด เขียน อ่าน) ส่วนใหญ่จะนำเสนอรายงานประจำเดือน
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในระบบวิศวกรรมของอาคารสูง (งบประมาณ การบริหารต้นทุน การคาดการณ์)
- ได้รับใบอนุญาตวิศวกรรม (ขั้นต่ำ Associate Engineer)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้เครื่องมือ Microsoft office โดยเฉพาะ PowerPoint, Excel และ Word
- ผ่านการรับรองผู้จัดการพลังงาน (CEM)
- วุฒิปริญญาโท ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ทักษะภาษาจีนกลางคล่อง (ฟัง พูด เขียน อ่าน)
