Category Manager(Syrup) (40K–70K) (SDG-118170)

<Job responsibilities>
- Control Brand Direction and control suppliers to follow Cooperate target and smooth operation.
- Supplier selection and optimization
- Inventory control: work closely with supply chain management and the Sales and marketing team to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Sale planning for syrup products, including product forecasting and promotion (work with Marketing team) to each channel. Coordinate with syrup suppliers to align their projects with our sale plan.
- Reinforce & Reach Global chain Store account and all channels
- Responsible for business expansion to acquire potential clients to increase market share, especially for chain stores
- Build and maintain a good relationship with existing clients to achieve company goals.
- Developing and Implementing Sales strategies & plans to achieve Sales and profits
- work together with the marketing Department to set the appropriate pricing, Develop/implement effective Sales and promotion plans.
- Ensure the successful launch of new products
- manage and control team through appropriate target settings, coaching and Providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Identify any issues and problems disturbing business growth and find solutions.
- coordinate with internal to proceed best Support to clients such as delivery matter.
- Collect and analyze Sales Data and Prepare for reports.
- Presentation both internal to management and also to clients.
- other duties as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years' experience in B2B Sales and sales planning in the Food & Beverage (distributor channel field is preferred)
- Conversational high level of English for Mainly internal communication and with some specific clients
- Hold driving license and Own car for a Sales activity and commuting
- Sales planning/analysis skills& being a Logical thinker
- Supplier management Experience with good communication, negotiation skills
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Presentation
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the Coffee business

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
