Work Outline: In charge of Business development such as finding vacant land, condominium to purchase as well as create new project plan with Managing Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Visit to Supplier or candidate sites with Japanese MD (About Drawings, law, amount, etc.)
Real estate market research and report of Residential and commercial facilities, office, logistics and hotel
Negotiating with owners of land, condominium and other properties.
Investigation and report of Political, economic and social situation
Participation to meetings with business partners
Interpretation in the office and also meeting, and documents(Thai-Japanese-English)
Translation of E-mail or documents (Contact to Japan HQ)
Other related task which assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 28-40 years
Bachelor Degree
Business Level Japanese & English skill
PC Skill (MS Office) *Ability to create some documents
At least 5 year experience as sales , marketing or interpreter (Negotiation scene)
Have a good negotiation skill
Interested in Real estate business
Preferable Skill / Experience
Work on Saturday (about 2 times)
Experience in Real estate company
Have a knowledge of architectural drawings & law
Languages skills
English: Conversational – Business
Japanese: Business (N1 Level)
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon - Fri)
