Work Outline: Obtain new business deals and maintain relationship with business partners
Duties & Responsibility:
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Qualifications:
[Must]
Age not above 32
At least 2 years of experience as Marketing or Business
Good Presentation skill (prepare and approach)
Able to take care client on weekend (can do overtime work)
Able to have Business trip (overnight)
Active manner with Positive attitude
Good communication skills English (TOEIC score 700)
Good ability to cooperate/collect the information from Industrial Estate
Excellent computer knowledge
Good management skills with the ability to work under pressure
[Preferable Skill]
Able to speak Japanese
Experience in construction or real estate business is a plus
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Empire Tower, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17.00
