Business Development Manager (Global Freight/ Logistic service) (50K–90K) (SDG-106047)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ (Global Freight/บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์)
<Job responsibilities>
- Gather and analyze insight & best practice of Global major Industries for Logistics, translate into sales collateral
- Define and supervise, lead the execution of Global strategy by following the plan.
- Collaborate with team head, as a principal in leading sales members in the region and Operation companies, observe fixed points of activities and carry OUT necessary support, advise and cooperation.
- Develop specific customer value proposition and commercial model, Collaborate with BUs to Develop new specific products.
- Lead the analysis and Development sales of the top companies in major Industries, and build the foundation to Develop into important customers.
- Also use materials to explain basic information and Logistics characteristics that make it easy for Operating Company and the region to Understand the characteristics and approach methods of each group of Industry, and to educate them widely.
- Execute annual "development plan" (IVDP) prepared by each team. Proceed activities according to IVDP and report progress periodically to head.
- Adjust activity planning referring feedback from team head and contribute to achieve annual development plan (IVDP).
- Other tasks as assigned.

- กำหนดและกำกับดูแลเป็นผู้นำการดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์ระดับโลกโดยปฏิบัติตามแผน
- ทำงานร่วมกับหัวหน้าทีมในฐานะหัวหน้าทีมขายชั้นนำในภูมิภาคและบริษัทปฏิบัติการ สังเกตกิจกรรมที่กำหนดไว้ และดำเนินการสนับสนุน คำแนะนำ และความร่วมมือที่จำเป็น
- พัฒนาข้อเสนอคุณค่าของลูกค้าที่เฉพาะเจาะจงและรูปแบบเชิงพาณิชย์ ร่วมมือกับ BUs เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เฉพาะใหม่ ๆ
- เป็นผู้นำการวิเคราะห์และพัฒนาการขายของบริษัทชั้นนำในอุตสาหกรรมหลัก และสร้างรากฐานเพื่อพัฒนาไปสู่ลูกค้าคนสำคัญ
- ใช้เอกสารเพื่ออธิบายข้อมูลพื้นฐานและลักษณะโลจิสติกส์ที่ช่วยให้บริษัทที่ดำเนินงานและภูมิภาคเข้าใจลักษณะและวิธีการของแต่ละกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมได้ง่าย และเพื่อให้ความรู้อย่างกว้างขวาง
- ดำเนินการ "แผนพัฒนา" ประจำปี (IVDP) ที่จัดทำโดยแต่ละทีม ดำเนินกิจกรรมตาม IVDP และรายงานความคืบหน้าเป็นระยะๆ
- ปรับการวางแผนกิจกรรมโดยอ้างอิงความคิดเห็นจากหัวหน้าทีมและมีส่วนร่วมในการบรรลุแผนพัฒนาประจำปี (IVDP)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree with At least 5 years of experience in International Logistics or Logistic Sales
- Experience in Business planning and Development
- In charge of customers in Automotive related Industry
- Conversational High to Fluent in English (report to British report line and work globally)
- Able to work across multiple Operation companies managing a
various levels ensuring they are representing and supporting the region’s needs.
- Worked operationally within a Just in time (JIT) environment.
- Logical thinking with the ability to anticipate and propose future Logistics optimizations
- Thorough understanding of customer supply chains.
- Being good At hypothesis and execution. ability to create multiple scenarios based on acquired information and to create solutions from various angles by actual testing the hypothesis.
- Advanced communication skills, teamwork and coordination.
- Strong willingness to cooperate and engage information, personnel and people necessary to achieve objectives.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Business major related in sales and marketing
- Having TOEIC score

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday, WFH provides: around 2 days per week)

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนและพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- ดูแลลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยานยนต์
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (รายงานไปยังสายรายงานของอังกฤษและทำงานทั่วโลก)
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับ บริษัท ปฏิบัติการหลายแห่งที่จัดการ
ระดับต่างๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นตัวแทนและสนับสนุนความต้องการของภูมิภาค
- ปฏิบัติงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อม Just in time (JIT)
