Work Outline: Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Visit clients both in Bangkok and domestic area
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male only, age 30-35 years
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/ economic /or civil engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years experiences in construction or real estate industry as a marketing manager/staff or related companies.
Excellent computer knowledge of software (commonly used in construction industry).
Good at time management skills with the ability to self-manage time efficiently and meet deadline
Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
Able to speak Japanese
Languages skills
English: Business level

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00 (Mon – Fri)
