Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To develop and maintain a sound working knowledge of complex business models, systems and various Distributor methods of operation, to enable accurate comprehension and interpretation of raw data.
Ø To support the design, development and ongoing maintenance of routine business reports for use by various users across the region and for consolidation and distribution to senior management on a regular basis.
Ø To coordinate the routine report schedules, collect and consolidate data from the various markets, and prepare regular management reports covering a variety of sales, financial and strategic metrics.
Ø To conduct or support complex ad hoc analysis to support management decisions and strategy development, and assist in interpreting and presenting meaningful information to management.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting
Ø At least 3 years of experience in a sales analysis or sales support function in a major FMCG multi-national/ business analysis/actuarial role in the finance / insurance industry, or in a data analyst role in a business consulting environment
Ø Experience with data analysis using data warehouse analysis tools driven from multiple ERP and transactional systems.
Ø Experience with Microstrategy 9, Oracle, SQL
Ø Proficient with MS Office & Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills, as well as Microsoft Access.
Ø Able to work both independently and collaboratively as required to ensure compliance with committed timeframes and conflicting priorities.
Ø Excellent time management and priority management skills
Ø Experience in multinational company or international environment
Ø Meticulous & good with numbers with strong analytical abilities
Ø Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong customer service oriented
Ø Mature, pleasant, well-organized and self-motivated
Ø Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the jobs
Ø High level of confidentiality required
