BPO Manager (Marketing Reasearch) (70K–100K) (SDG-115957)

<Job responsibilities>
- Handle staffing responsibilities as well as the manager of a newly established department.
- Recruitment of the first two dedicated team members, collaborating with the Thai and Tokyo teams. (Depending on when she/he joins the company, team members may already have been hired.)
- Work closely with the Tokyo team and team members in Thailand to Establish and localize operational procedures, set up manuals, and implement training for staff (especially newly hired members) regarding the Work to be transitioned.
- Once the team is up and running, Work with team members to execute and manage their Work, and evaluate and improve their performance.
- In the initial stage, the Tokyo team will mainly transfer the programming part of the web survey to Thailand. In the near future, we aim to transfer not only the programming part but also the management of the web survey itself to Thailand
- Team establishment with the members
- Establish procedure of tasks and training for team members
- Team and projects Management
- Reporting to the Managing Director in Thailand and the localization team in Tokyo
- Programming of web survey system
- Other tasks assigned by MD


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 49 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5years of team and project management experience as a Manager or Senior Supervisor in BPO companies
- have Experience of BPO transition & Migration
- knowledge of software (office suites etc.), digital tools/equipment, and programming skills
- Conversational high level of English(for communicate with international teams)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience working with international teams
- Business level of English
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Strong organizational skills and staff supervision
- Effective communication skills with both Thai staff and the Japanese team
- Ability to approach new challenges with a positive attitude
- Adaptability and flexibility in working with multinational corporations and foreign headquarters

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday)
