Work outline: Responsible for all BOI process as well as import and export process coordinating Sales team, logistics companies, suppliers and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Handle all BOI process of import and export in the trading company
Ø Responsible for the preparation for import-export documentary and all the other BOI related tasks.
Ø Coordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
Ø Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customer
Ø Liaise with the local and oversea customers
Ø Liaise with shipping agent for incoming and outgoing goods shipment as well as relevant BOI process
Ø Solving problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers
Ø Responsible for some of purchasing operation
Ø Responsible for overall import and export related documents
Ø Issue PO to suppliers and follow up incoming shipments
Ø Control delivery and inventory
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
- -Thai nationality, Female, age 30-38 years
- -Bachelor Degree
- -English Advanced conversational level (about TOEIC 600 )
- -At least 3 years’ experience in BOI field trading company.
- -At least 3 years’ experience in Import and export.
- -Not Job hopper
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Japanese or other international company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB negotiable
