Authorized Service Center [Senior Officer] (30K-40K) (SDG-25684)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Develop new Authorized Service Center (ASC, ASD) and Part Sales Shop (ASPD) in the required area per ASC Policy conditions. ‘Conduct ASCs Sourcing, Onsite Survey, Interview and Final Evaluation for both Bangkok and Up-Country.
 Daily Service Tracking the ASC's Service Quality and Balance Job Assignment from Call Center. Follow-up and Control the existing ASCs performance to improve service quality (KPI) to meet Daikin Target.
 Daily service support, Advice ASCs the solution for ASC's Operation issue, Customer Issue
 Process & System Issue since beginning until finish.
 Involve for part sales activities to drive sales volume for existing and new ASPD to meet part sales budget.
 Follow up with concerned team to Go-live new ASCs since contract agreement preparation till announcement to Call Center & related Service team.
 Conduct Training to all ASCs for concerned System, Document & Report, Operation Flow, In-warranty Claim etc.
 Frequently visit Authorized Center & Dealers as required
 Other tasks as assigned

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
 At least 3 years in direct working experience in authorized service center management and control
 Have Problem-solving skills with the ability to find the right solutions for related issues of Air-Con product & ASC Operation
 Own a car & Driving License and be able to travel to up-country when required
 Excellent communication skills to all ASCs and Dealer
