Assistant Store Manager (Luxury Brand Names/Emporium Branch) (80K–120K) (SDG-117628)

<Job responsibilities>
- Lead the team to achieve store target
- Manage operations of the store
- Maximize the business potential of the store
- Motivate employee to Maximize Sales by categories
- Train store staff by providing them the necessary training and information required to develop their competencies and support in their growth
- Motivate/ Retain/ Evaluate staff
- Able to build up team work among the team
- Efficient use of CRM data to maximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client base
- Uphold respect of Brand standards and ensure store adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies & procedures
- Stock management



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of solid experiences in a similar capacity from the retail luxury brand name in management level (at least supervisor)
- Conversational High or business level in English (for communicate with external and customers)
- Well-groomed and driven with Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams in achieving set standards for all aspects of store operations.
- Independent individual with Strong decision-Making skills
- Passionate in growing a career within the luxury fashion industry
- Have good service Minded
<Preferable Skill/Experience>
- Proficient in a third Language will be given special consideration

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00-20:00(9.00am - 6.30pm, 10.30am - 8.00pm)
