Duties & Responsibilities:

Adhering to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertaking relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems

In charge of the general duties of Administration/all functions of Administration 

Assisting with the Senior Administrator in complying with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures in the performance of the duties of the post

Carrying out the duties and responsibilities of Administrator and coaching the subordinates

Maintaining confidentiality and observing data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate

Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-32

Bachelor’s degree or Mater’s in Law, Business Administration, Arts (Major in English, Japanese) or any related field

5 -10 Year experience in General Administration 

Good command of English (TOEIC 550) 

[Prefer]

Good personality and interpersonal skill

Systematic and Logical Thinking 

Strong human relations and communication skill

Japanese speakers

Languages skills: English: Advanced Conversational Level 

Workplace Area:Bangkhen, Bangkok 

Working Hour:Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (Flex Time/Saturday once a month)
