Assistant Sales Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-21949)

 Establish the sales strategies to ensure achieve sales and company target.
 Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunity in order to increase sales revenue.
 Monitor category and product performance versus targets at the customers, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective actions, as needed, to ensure achievement of business
 Working closely with merchandising team to ensure promotion compliance and in-store execution excellence.
 Perform demand planning by using historical data and activity plan by account
 Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales performance
 Maintain strong relationship with partner.
 Maintaining contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receiving and resolving customer complaints and problems in a timely manner




Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)

 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-35 years
 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
 5+ years’ experience in sales / key account management in FMCG business in Modern Trade channel
 3+ years of related experience in sales / key account management HBA or cosmetic industry.
 Strong analytical skills, strategic mind, and proactive.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Excellent leadership skills
