Duties & Responsibility:
Lead and work closely with Sales team in achieving of sales target.
Motivate, coach and manage sales team to deliver sales, profit, productivity and growth target.
Responsible for maintain existing customer and strive for new project.
Make joint visits to customer when necessary to maintain relationship
Support Sales and marketing activities for promote the revenue
Conduct a review on Sales team performance on a regular basis
Monitor Sales performance and assume responsibility for their achievement
Providing report to general manager.
***Main products are electronics device; switches, relays, sensors etc.
***Main customers are LG, Samsung, Daikin etc. located in Industrial Estate Rayong, Ayuthaya, Prachinburi
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male or Female, Thai Nationality
Age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
At least 3-5 years of working experience as Sales in Electronic Components Industry
Strong leadership skills to lead Sales team
Excellent communication in English
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
[Preferable]
Able to speak Japanese is highly preferable
Able to drive a car and have driving license (Company car provided)
Independent and result orientated with high Sale skills
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level (N2, N1) is preferable

Salary: 50,000-70,000 THB/ Month
