Ø Manage the costs on a construction project
Ø Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
Ø Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
Ø Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
Ø Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
Ø Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
Ø Measure and value the work done on site
Ø Visit site about 1 time/ week (Saraburi, Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya, Samutprakarn, Korat etc.)
Ø Pay subcontractors
Ø Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
Ø Select and/or source construction materials
Ø Write reports
Ø Other tasks as assigned
