Work outline: Responsible for support construction projects
Duties & Responsibilities:
|
Ø Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Ø Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
Ø Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Ø Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Ø Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Ø Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
Ø Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
Ø Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
Ø Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ø Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Ø Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in civil engineer
|
Ø 13-15 years’ experience as engineer in factory construction projects
Ø Experience in managerial level
Ø Be able to relocate
|
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) every other Saturday (Whole day)
