Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting the assigned Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects

Coordinating with the automotive development project activities

Following up the automotive development schedule

Controlling the resources for automotive development

Function as an adjunct to the project manager, completing tasks as assigned

In charge of new models (development of automotive parts)

Coordinating with other departments that are involved in the project 

Performing important administrative functions for the project manager, which might include updating the project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, making phone calls to vendors and suppliers, responding to e-mails and writing progress reports to the project team

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

Minimum Requirements

Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-30

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing or any related field

Minimum 2 years’ experience in new model start up project

Good command of Japanese (N2/N3) and English (TOEIC 500) 

Able to travel abroad (Japan/South East Asia/Australia)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Automotive Industry 

Systematic and logical thinking 

Strong human relations and communication skill

Cheerful personality 

Languages skills: 

English: Advanced Conversational Level – Business Level

Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – Business Level

Workplace Area:Bangkhen, Bangkok

Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8.00-17.00/Saturday 1 day per month
