Work Outline: Manage national and international conference to reach clients’ highest expectation under provided budget and company’s policies
Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for international/local conference management in both private and governmental sectors
Monitor project budget to ensure revenue and expenses are administered within established boundaries
Coordinate with concerned individuals to develop and monitor timelines related to all aspects of conference
Conduct and ensure effective information sharing and communication among team members, volunteers and contractors
Develop and monitor timelines, conference theme and related activities to support the conference
Generate conference promotional schedule and work with communication staffs on conference promotion
Qualifications:
[Must]
-Bachelor’s degree in any related field
-Age 25-35 Male/Female
-At least 3 years of experience in conference organizing
-Able to work under pressure
-Able to work overtime
-Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and result oriented
-Good command of English, both written and verbal
-Good computer literacy

Working Hour:8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri) *Flexible: can manage own schedules to serve international clients
