Work outline: Responsible for brand building through set of marketing strategies and data gathering on each brands in term of what market needs and analyses feedback in term of which way/strategy is most suitable for the needs of customers. This position is also responsible for supporting Marketing Manager and Product Manager in developing suitable marketing plan and other related communication strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Responsible for brand building through set of marketing strategies in order to ensure that customers are being communicated correctly
Ø    Evaluate outcome of launched promotional and advertising campaigns to ensure the effectiveness of implementation of marketing activities on new launched products, monthly promotional program, and workshop.
Ø    Work closely with sales team to ensure the effectiveness of promotional plans and activities via product analysis and report
Ø    Develop and implement communication strategy in order to build good relationship with beauty editor, send press release to magazine and online media, control media budget, and analyze media efficiency.
Ø    Analyze customer feedback to improve marketing activities to increase sales effectiveness
Ø    Plan, manage, and monitor A&P budget and actual expenditure in order to make sure that budget is being controlled
Ø    Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age between 25-33 years old
Ø    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Ø    Experience in Marketing field for personal care or FMCG products as supervisor or assistant level

Prefer:
Ø    Experience in Marketing full function (including market research)
Ø    Able to use SAP or Computer graphic design

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
 

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:00~17:00 (Mon – Fri)
