Work outline: Translating documents (Textile) and Supporting Japanese MD

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Work closely with Japanese MD to help supporting QA/QC Tasks
*Mainly office work (sometimes visit to Factory with Japanese MD by company car)
Ø    Looking after Delivery Schedule
Ø    Coordinate with Sales Team & Manufacturing Team(Consignment companies) for the most effectively work
Ø    Cost Control, Material Assurance
Ø    Dealing with Emails & Documents from Japan head office
Ø    Other tasks as assigned by Japanese MD

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality, Female only, ages 25-30 years old
Ø    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics
Ø    Fresh Graduated are welcome
Ø    Experience in translate documents
Ø    Have knowledge about Garment or Textile
Ø    Understand Japanese manner
Ø    Understand “Japanese Keiko”
Ø    Good Attitude / Fast Learner /Polite
Ø    Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
Ø    Positive attitude , can work independent
Ø    Understand and willing to learn new tasks as assigned

 Prefer:
Ø    Experience in translate Garment or Textile

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (at least middle)


Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
 Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
