Duties & Responsibility:
Mainly control our Team on smoothly operation, to support with oversea, to co-ordinate with the customer, to negotiate with our subcontractor (Freight, Shipping, Transportation, etc.)
To plan and monitor with supervisor for tracking daily shipment and have internal meeting for plan do check action always with team.
To cooperate each department and share information with team, including suggest for add value and/or benefit with team.
To be creative and utilized function according to suitable our organization, also to report with Line Manager.
To train and educate the team and share information that useful to the team, including arrange suitable manpower on the job.
To check and Monitor Daily Report, Weekly Report and indicate KPI and action plan, if under KPI.
To lead inspiration under company policy and make the decision on behalf of Line Manager
Qualification:
MUST
Male or Female, Thai Nationality aged 35 - 45 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics field, International Business, Import & Export
8 years of Experience Import & Export, Freight Forwarder, Shipping and Transportation, Warehouse, Logistics
Able to manage the Export Operation team efficiency
Good leadership skills
Good command of English
PREFER
Strong people management skills, tough and reliable.
Experience in Logistics firm is preferable
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area:Petchaburi Road, Bangkok
Working Hour:Mon - Fri 8:30 – 17:30 (Work on SAT 08.30-12.00 every alternate Saturday)
