Duties & Responsibility
((Outline): Organize service center to meet the customer’s satisfaction aligning with service standard.
Repairing job’s quality and Turnaround Time
Repairing service quality and turnaround time are meet service center standard
Assisting the general manager to prepare annual reports by analyzing sales and customer information. You may also be required to gather customer complaint information that should be incorporated into annual reports.
Customer Satisfaction and complaint handling
Coordinate with Key account managers and related department to approach sales opportunities and ensure trade spending is wisely and effectively.
Control the plan rolling out and summarize the key finding, causes of past failure / success and recommendation for future improvement.
Report to Service center Information, President, MD and HQ
Desired skills & experiences:
[Minimum Requirement]
Male or Female, 33 - 42 years old, Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
3 years of experience in sales or product marketing, especially in camera field
Knowledge: Basic Photography knowledge, Service Center management; TQM, LEAN, etc.
Experienced in managing of service center more than 7 years and at least 3 years in management level
Fluent in English
[Preferred Qualifications]
Experience in camera or relative business such as IT, Communication, etc.
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area:Sathon / BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17.30

Salary: 35,000-40,000 THB/ Month
