Overall control of Human Resource & general administrative functions including policies& regulations, compensation, payroll matters, Provident fund

Kaizen Project
Other tasks as assigned by HR manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/female, age between 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree
More than 8 years of experience in HR
More than 3 years of experience at managerial level
More than 5 years in one company before (Will be expected to manage employee in ling term)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Strong knowledge or experience in following function
** Negotiation skill (With internal employee, Vendors) and Skill to solve key issues related to HR department.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Shopping mall
Languages skills
English: English Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advantage
Workplace Area: BTS Siam / Chitlom
Working Hour: 9.45-18.45 *Holiday 6days / month (Every fixed day of week + 2days)
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 THB Negotiable
