Duties & Responsibility:
•Assist to ensure overall HR & Admin operations effectiveness and efficiency by compliance to Company Group policy ie. Line of authority, HR & Admin operations KPIs, statutory act, work instructions, employee policy and guidelines
•Develops and manage the training program and material using a variety of media including web-on-demand videos, print or electronic textbooks, instructional databases, or facilitated on-site classes to improve Thai management in group company
•Support to consult Group companies for the maintenance and improvement of General Affairs and Human Resource Management
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 34-40 years old
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
•At least 10 years’ Experience in GA&HR department
•Strong at Labor Laws, and other business regulations
•Good English & Japanese communication skills (TOEIC 750) and Japanese (N2-N1)
•Computer literacy in Microsoft office Excel, Word and Power Point
•Strong interpersonal skill and flexible
•Compromise and open minded

•Experience in Affiliate company management
•Work experience in multinational manufacturer
Languages skills
English: Business Level (TOEIC 750)
Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2-N1)
Workplace Area: Huaykwang, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00

Salary: 67,000-80,000 THB/ Month
