Work Outline: Responsible for assuring the smooth operation of the 400+ people facility (3 factories in Samutprakarn)
Duties & Responsibility:
Control all day to day operations
Supervise a staff, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, Production Control and Purchasing
Responsible for the facilities On Time Delivery and Quality metrics
Organize teams and motivate the staff
Constantly find ways to increase productivity by better work methods and process automation
Develop a thorough understanding of custom box & printing manufacturing methods to better suggest improvements
Qualifications:
[Must]
Fluent in English(excellent verbal and written communication skills)
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
10+ years of progressive Management Experience
Experience in the packaging & printing industry is not required but would be preferred
Background with ISO preferred
Willingness to work hard and not leave until the job is done
Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel are required
Strong analytical and time management skills

Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) *work on Saturday 2 times/month
