Responsibility: 
* Manage and control the activities of the organization to ensure achievement of respective sales targets and business plans
* Oversee and motivate sales team in order to synergize their efforts towards the sales targets
* Ensure relationships of the company with key customers in order to further the company business interests
* Manage, control and planning of the transportation both domestic and cross border transportation to meet the customers need
* Ensure proper fleet management to improve the utilization and availability of the fleet
* Visit both existing customer and new customer
* Analyze expenditure and other information in order to develop plans and budgets for increasing profits and improving services
* Prepare regular monthly report on profit and loss for each customers and also prepare regular report ( e.g. forecast, flash report with sales ranking)
* Follow-up proper reporting and documentation of accidents and claims and statutory requirements

Qualification:
Must
* Thai nationality only, Male or Female, 30 - 38 years old
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
* Minimum 5 years working experience in transportation or Logistics
* Thorough knowledge of transportation & Logistics and up to date understanding cross border regulatory requirements
* Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
* Analytical in the problem solving
* Excellent command of written and spoken in English and computer literacy
* Own car is a must

Preferable
* Able to travel for business trip (Laos, Myanmar, etc.) around 2 times per month both alone or with Division Manager
