Duties & Responsibility:

Recording and monitoring accounts payable, receivable processes and general ledges
(Detail)
Take care of cash flow management; prepare cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing
Control appropriate collection from customer and payment to vendor, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
Review payment transactions; petty cash, cheque, bank transfer
Review invoices issued; invoice, tax invoice, receipt
Review tax filing; vat report, withholding tax deduction and tax filing form
Review accounting transactions record; payment, receipt, fixed asset, journal etc.
Prepare financial statements closing and report request
Assist to prepare corporate income tax calculation and tax return
Other accounting and finance function as assign
Desired skills & experiences:
[Required qualification]
Male or female, age 33- 35, Thai nationality
Bachelor degree in management or any related field
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting field (AP/AR/GL)
Able to use Microsoft office
Fluent in English to participate the meeting
[Preferred skill]
Processed CPD license
Japanese conversational level (N3-N2)*Internal communication
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Business level
Japanese: not required
Workplace Area:Latphrao / Bangkok
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8:30 – 17:00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000THB –40,000THB (*Negotiable)
