Duties & Responsibility:
Preparing information for management and support business unit as management accounting; assisting in estimation cost of project for calculation of bidding price, preparing budget information including expenses allocation and control with actual result, preparing management report etc.
Preparing profit and loss by projects; record inventory transactions and control cost by project including revenue recognition by percentage of completion
Taking care of cash flow management ; preparing cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing
Controlling appropriate collection from customer and payment to vendor, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
Reviewing payment transactions; petty cash, cheque, bank transfer
Reviewing invoices issued; invoice, tax invoice, receipt
Reviewing tax filling; VAT report, withholding tax deduction and tax filling form
Reviewing accounting transactions record; payment, receipt, fixed asset, journal etc.
Preparing financial statements closing and report request by HO
Assisting to prepare corporate income tax calculation and tax return
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female, 32 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in accounting
10 years of experience in accounting and finance function or audit firm and some experience in management accounting
Good command in English (Cooperate with Singapore regional office and Japan HQ)

Knowledge in inventory control, project cost control, and project revenue recognition by completion rate
Languages skills:
English: Business Level

Working Hour:8.00 – 17.20 (Mon-Fri)
