Work Outline: Support work of Managing Director.
Responsibility:
Responsible for Assistant Japanese Managing Director. (MD can speak Thai well.)
Responsible Preparing document of survey.(like aggregating questionnaire)
Exchange e-mail with client for survey.
Help creating a marketing plan.
Responsible to customer request and solving problems.
Interpretation at office and venue of exhibition in daily. (Japanese ⇔ Thai, Japanese ⇔ English, English ⇔ Thai, Almost interpretation is Japanese to Thai)
Translation of E-mail, necessary documents also.
Coordinate between Japanese management and local staff.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 22-30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in any fields
Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fresh Graduated is also welcome
Good Command in English
At least JLPT N3 are required
[Preferable]
Have work experience as sales or marketing, related promotion.
Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
