Assessment staff (Fresh Graduate) (35K–40K) (SDG-118547)

<Job responsibilities>
・Assess the documents about medical treatment and judge whether it is covered by insurance or not the following criteria.
(The company will give you training about its criteria.)
・If needed, communicate with the client and the hospital and ask Thai or Japanese questions to clarify the information.
・After judging, input the necessary data from documents in English and input them into the in-house system in Japanese and connect to other divisions handling the final judgment.
・Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese manager
※Depending on Japanese language proficiency, there may be a possibility of handling phone calls and other related tasks (initial contact with hospital staff, Japanese speakers, or policyholders).
※There may be an opportunity for a training business trip to Japan after joining the company (approximately once a year).



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Have working experience in interpretation and translation in any industry
**Fresh graduates are welcomed
・Have basic PC skills in Excel and Word
・Be good at inputting data accurately
・Conversational high-level - business level of Japanese (N1 level is preferred)
・Conversational middle-level of English
(The document from the hospital is in English. Need to input the in-house system in Japanese)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have working experience in inputting data
・Have experience working at an insurance company or hospital
・Someone who has experience studying abroad in Japan or living in Japan.

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday)
