Air Freight Reservation Supervisor (35K-45K) (SDG-82554)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact Airlines to confirm on cargo space availability.
- Assist to make cargo space reservations with Airlines.
- Ensure that the cargoes are airfreighted according to customers' requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors on the movement of cargoes.
- Liaise with carriers on airfreight rates and charges
- Secure space according to the allotment and fully utilize efficiently.
- Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.
- Coach team member to generate most benefit productivity work and remove non-profitability work.
- Plan space efficiently for huge spot / regular business volume.
- "Motivate team to achieve company / department target."
- Tackle the critical case to recover the situation timely.
- Provide / reply competitive rate to sales upon requests.
- Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS.
- Monitor booking & planning for the efficient consolidation.
- Monitor o/b and irregularity, report to all concerns in appropriate time.
- Monitor and control to ensure fully allotment space, charter space, ULD utilization and achieve BSA monthly target tonnage.
- Airline rate cost checker (Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS.) as main function and others for airlines service performance quality control
- Tackle the critical case to recover the situation timely.
- Monitor o/b and irregularity, update status to all concerns in appropriate time.


<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-38 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- 4-5 years experienced in a Freight Forwarding.
- Good knowledge of Thai customs regulation, Air freight forwarder business.
- Good command of English, both of written and spoken.

- Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office.
- Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.

Workplace Area: MRT Lat Phrao, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon – Fri 08.00 am – 05.30 pm, Sat - Sun = Holiday)
