Duties & Responsibility:

•Manage, control and develop Air Export team to work in efficiency and meet on customer requirement as well as company policy.

•Monitoring and follow up all operations of Air Export Customer Services team to ensure daily operations efficiencies and achieve objectives.

•Give the instruction to staff for work in efficiency as correct process and policy.

•Coaching and training on the job for develop staff ability.

•Give the advice and support to fix on any problem with the job or working process

•Review job process in the team continuously.

Qualifications:

[Must]

•Male or Female, 30 - 38 years old, Thai nationality

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply chain management, Logistics or related fields

•At least 5 year experience in Air Freight or related field 

•Have basic knowledge of Air cargo transportation.

•Good presentation skills and negotiation skills.

•Analytical skills and problem solving skills.

•Good command of written and spoken in English and computer literacy.

•Have good service mind.

•Prefer candidate who can start working immediately

•Strong experience in Air cargo transportation is preferable

Languages skills 

English: Advance Conversation Level (Communicate with client)

Workplace Area: Ratchadapisek (Near MRT Ratchadapisek)

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17.30
