After-Sales Engineer (25K-40K) (SDG-36462)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for the OTN equipment, maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting work
Responsible for the engineering data collection and archiving
Responsible for technical training, technical support to customers, agents, subcontractors, and the management agent etc.
Cooperate with international engineering representatives of related product line; inspect, collect and feedback the product application information, and suggestions on products improvement
Collaborate with sales staff to maintain and manage customer relationships.
Other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, majored in telecommunication or computers related professional.
At least 3 years’ experience as after-sales, technical support , engineer or other relevant work experience of the telecommunications industry
Good command of English (internal and client communicate)
Flexible person - working in various place (company, Chaengwattana area etc.) and able to work in night shift if required
Being able to work under pressure and able to prioritize workload.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience directly in OTN equipment
