Job Responsibilities
- Lead the manufacturing process from the New Project Introduction (NPI) phase including arranging the production equipment, process technology/method, materials and product after getting a clear communication/information from customer about design specifications as well as instructing to the manufacturing team to ensure smooth transition from NPI to mass production phase
- Continue monitoring the production/process condition and performance after transferred from NPI to mass production phase for targeting 3 months to ensure the production/process performances are meeting the target
- Coordinate the development of all necessary PFMEA’s and required control plans based on known DFMEA and Process definitions
- Ensure processes support the product design for capacity, ergonomics, efficiency, and quality requirement
- Follow up the samples build status together with Project Management and Production and ensure that the product samples are met with quality requirement standard and milestone.
- Coordinate with Process Engineering team to develop the process flow/layout to support the new projects in case of required adjustment of existing manufacturing process
- Develop all work instructions based on standard time data that supports production cycle times, capacity (machine, manpower, …Etc)
- Develop all tooling and equipment list aa well as all operator hand tools, power tools, fixtures, assembly aids and automated equipment
- Design of Manufacturing Equipment and Fixtures working closely with external tool maker on Jig/Fixture design concept together with Product Development and Process Engineering team
- Develop proper error proofing (poka-yoke) systems with focusing on design before process solutions
- Develop Manufacturing processes based on best practices as well as improving the process capability to meet the AIAG automotive standard
- Develop timing schedules to support on time project milestone and production launch
- Support and provide the technical solutions for all the process, quality and technical issues in the manufacturing processes with focus on improving yield and eliminating the chronic issues
• Provide training and technical knowledge/know-how to the operations for the product, process and composites
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-38 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent degree.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering, Technical or related fields.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience to control subordinate.
• Strong computer skills AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project.
• Presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
• Can start work immediately would be an advantage.
• Experience from 1st Tier automotive would be an advantage.
• Process of the composites would be an advantage

• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์จากยานยนต์ชั้น 1 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
