Purpose and objectives
Opportunity to work in one of well-known Japanese Coaching firm
Opportunity for study about know-how from many consultant who have many experience
This person will be only one admin in this company who can manage all admin task by her/himself
Responsibility:
•To issue tax invoice and process record of customer's collection
•To record all accounting transactions and general ledger (The company uses outsource to complete other accounting functions)
•To maintain accounting related data in company system
•To coordinate with auditors in relation to statutory account
•Support Japanese MD and sometimes have to contact to Internal Japanese (Head office) by telephone and email and some documents are Japanese
•To coordinate with internal and external departments
•To support admin tasks
•To handle other tasks assigned
Qualification:
•Male/Female, Age between 25 - 40 years old
•Thai Nationality Only
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Arts, or other related fields
•At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Coordinator, Administrator, Accountant, and related fields
•Good command in English and Japanese
•Excellent interpersonal skill
•Possessed business manner
•Outstanding and talented person
Language Skill:
*English in Advanced Conversation Level
*Japanese in Advanced Conversation Level (JLPT N3)
Workplace Area:BTS Asok
Working Hour:Mon – Fri and Saturday 1 time per month (8.30 – 17.30)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
