Work Outline: In charge of recording all transactions related to content business division's activities in accounting system
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform paper work follow business process and prepare documents related to daily operation
Follow up cheque collection status both customers & suppliers sides
Collect and organize all division's documents and assets
Record all transactions related to division's activities in accounting system
Issue invoice, P/O and other documents
Support customers, partners, team members and supervisors in normal operation and others
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 23-27years
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration (Major Accounting)
Good Knowledge in Basic Accounting and Tax system
Good Communication and negotiation skill
Problem-solving, multitasking skills and time management skills
Planning scheduling, Document organizing & controlling
Strong in Mathematics and logical thinking
Good command in English: Reading, Speaking and Written
Preferable Skill / Experience
Japanese skill is an advantage
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS ChitLom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
