Work Outline: Be responsible for supporting back office
Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy
Carrying out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc.).
Responsible for recruitment, selecting including sourcing in several channel
Updating the labor provisions and company Regulation.
Managing and supervising in the usage of Company’s Inventory; to prepare of employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement.
Supervising the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
Managing and making payroll calculation, overtime and other tasks of Human Resources and General Affairs.
Controlling in payroll administration orderliness.
Other ad-hoc task will be assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Any nationality, Male or Female, aged between 25– 32 years old
Have Bachelor’s degree in any related field(High rank university is better)
Have work experience as an admin for at least 2 years
Person who is logical
Have a passion to grow oneself up while growing the company
Person who can be responsible for their attitude
Good command of English (Business level)
Good interpersonal skills
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 9.00-18.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
