Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible for all functions of Administrative Tasks and coordinate with management in relation to all General Affairs and labor relation activities.
•Maintaining and controlling other systems such as Employee regulations and policies, Employment Contract, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
•Controlling payroll to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
•Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
•Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs
•Support HR function such as manage employee’s information, recruitment, payroll (PND1, PND91, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund), Visa and work permits for Japanese staffs, other HR tasks
•Coordinating with Lawyer, Ministry of labour, Ministry of Commerce for related issue
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Male or Female, Age 40 - 47 years old, Thai nationality
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Admin or related fields
•Graduated from well-known university only.
•At least 10 years of experience in Administration or General Affairs
•Strong background in Labour Relation and Labour Law
•Good coordination and Good interpersonal skills
•Good English communication skills
•Computer literacy skills

•Prefer candidate who can start working immediately
•Able to work multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure

Workplace Area: Surawong (Near BTS Saladaeng, MRT Silom)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 PM. Saturday half day twice a month
