Work Outline: Responsible for all Administrative function’s support
Duties & Responsibility:
Mainly assistant of Japanese Administration General Manager
Support Sales team and accounting team and HR&GA team
Handle administration tasks at the office including easy accounting.
Help managing all company's activities and facilities
Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
Coordinate and manage with internal and external departments
Preparing payments for local dealers
To manage and control all administrative works
Dealing with accounting outsource
Other related task which assigned by General Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 26-32 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or other related fields
2 - 3 years’ experience in Admin or Accounting fields
Conversational Japanese & English skills
Understanding Japanese culture (Relationship with a customer, etc.)
Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in trading or sales office company
Be able to work under pressure, good relationship and team working
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational – Business Level (N3 – N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-65,000 THB/ Month
