Work Outline: Responsible for all administration task and also HR tasks (such as Payroll, recruiting)
Duties & Responsibility:
Perform purchasing function of office supply ; paper & stationery, copier ink, company corporate form, company stamp/employee stamp, drink & beverage, utensils, sundry, etc.
Make hotel & travel arrangement ; buy air ticket, booking rental car, etc.
Company guest/visitors reception
Perform and manage daily requisition from internal departments in order to smoothen operations
Perform and administer special event ; party arrangement, gift requisition, annual health check-up
Support HR/Admin Thai manager and Coordiante with Japan HQ
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female, Age 25-35
Bachelor degree majoring in any related field
1 – 2 years experience as an Admin and used to do payroll/ recruit
Basic PC skills (Microsoft office/ Word,Excell,Powerpoint)

Working in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Business level
Workplace Area: Silom /Bangkok
Working Hour:8:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000THB – 40,000THB
