Duties & Responsibility
(Work Outline)
*1 months Training at Ekkamai Office and then 1 years at Ayutthaya.
Responsible for all administration basic task and Japanese Technician VISA/Work Permit Support
(Detail)
Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
In charge of internal purchasing, office material
In charge of work place physical environment
Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
[Banga-In, Ayutthaya (*Government Contract) / Ayutthaya]
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female Only, Age 25-40
Bachelor Degree in any related field
Good command of English
*Be able to work as Contract for 3 years
1 or 2 year of working experience in administrative (Responsible for Visa and work-permit)
[Prefer]
Experience of work for Construction Project.
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Business Level
JAPANESE : Preferable but not a must.
Workplace Area: Bangpa-In Site , Ayutthaya
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16.30 *Upon discussion.
