Work Outline: Support necessary documents and support customer
Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible for all functions of Administrative Tasks and coordinate with manage-ment in relation to all General Affairs
•Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
•Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs
•Prepare all the stationary and office goods in the company
•Manage the conference room appointment
•Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality only, Male or Female, Age 24-30
•Bachelor's Degree in any related field
•PC Skill (Microsoft office)
•Good command of English
•Have an experience in administration at least 1 year
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: On-Nut, Bangkok (Have van service from BTS On-nut)
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) (Saturday 8 days per year)
About the Benefit
Salary: 15,000-22,000 THB/ Month (Excluding Allowance)
