Work Outline: Provide professional support to the company as an administration
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all functions of Administrative Tasks and coordinate with manage-ment in relation to all General Affairs and labor relation activities.
Managing the administration function such as office management, document filing, other general affairs
Prepare documentation related to Procedure of Shareholder, Director meeting
To control driver staff and maid.
These activities may include: copy services, office supplies, equipment, and inventory, administrative assistance, mail, distribution, and messenger services, records management, fleet management, facilities management
Prepare all the stationary and office goods in the company
Manage the conference room appointment
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female only , 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in Admin/ Sales coordinator/ Purchasing or any related field
Good command in Japanese (N2 or above)
Challenging mind
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Experience in Construction business
Knowledge in Engineering
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
Japanese: Advanced Conversation (N2 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS UdomSuk
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
