Job Highlight

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy 

Carrying out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc.). 

Responsible for recruitment, selecting including sourcing in several channel 

Supporting HR & GA Manager in all job functions i.e. support training and staff development program

Updating the labor provisions and company Regulation.

Managing and supervising in the usage of Company’s Inventory; to prepare of employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement.  

Supervising the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)

Managing and making payroll calculation, overtime and other tasks of Human Resources and General Affairs.

Controlling in payroll administration orderliness.

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

Male or Female, age 25 - 45 years old

Thai Nationality Only

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Working experience as an admin staff with Japanese company for more than 3 years.

Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3)

[Prefer]

Working experience at Japanese company over 3 years in HR&GA field.

Good command in Japanese (JLPT N2 - N1)

Languages skills:

Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N3)

Workplace Area:Amphur Nongkhae Hemaraj Saraburi Industrial Land 

Working Hour:Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (2 Saturday per month)
