Duties & Responsibility:
◆Administration Task
- Helping to input or create Excel Files as needs in Human Resource Work
- Support HR function such as manage employee’s information, recruitment, payroll
- Buy New Stationary or Office Tools and checking the necessary tools for company.
- Overlook and make sure all administrative functions are smoothly processed
◆Accounting Task
- Responsible for account receivable month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, fixed asset activity etc
- Taking care of inventory account i.e. monthly closing, physical check, inventory report, reporting for fiscal year closing.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits meet financial accounting objectives
(Remark*At first the company will be using Outsource for Accounting but in the nearest Future, the y has plan to do Accounting Tasks (including Closing) by itself.
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Thai nationality, Female, Age 32 – 40 years.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- At least 5-7 years’ experience working in Accounting especially for Fabric Trading Company before.
- Good Command in English is a MUST!
- PC Skill（Microsoft Office）
- Flexible enough to do both Admins & Accounting Tasks. (Prefer to live in Small Company)
PREFER
- Experience working for Fabric/Textile Business
- Hold CPD License (*Or plan to get CPD license in the Future)
Workplace Area: Ratchadamri/ Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30
