Work Outline: Handle general admin & accounting task and coordinate with outsource company
Duties & Responsibility:
Maintain furniture/appliances in the office , Liaising with different vendors
Manage corporate rates with hotels and airlines for Japanese customers
Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Consolidate monthly accounting documents to submit to outsourcing accounting firm
Able to prepare company tax payment and issue service invoices to clients
Assist and cooperate with Thai and Japanese accountants
Other duties depending on experience and instructed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Female or Male, Thai nationality , Age 25 - 35 years old
Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, Business administration or related field.
Experiences at least 1-3 years in admin or accounting
Strong communication and Accounting skills
Proficiency in English in business level
Well-organized and highly detail oriented in work
[Prefer]
Proficiency in English or Japanese in business level
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese : Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 9.00-18.00 (Monday – Friday)
