Work Outline: In charge of basic accounting and admin task
Duties & Responsibility:
•Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports such as Income statement and Balance sheet for management and parent company
•Handles payment of invoices to suppliers and vendors
•Handles all General Ledger transactions during month-end closing
•Handles intercompany trades and transactions
•Act as caretaker of the accounting system and a petty cash custodian
•Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work and provide office support duties.
•Maintain company insurance coverage.
•Prepare monthly payroll and disbursement of salaries and Security & Provident fund
•Liaise with local auditors and bankers.
•Sometimes contact to Singapore office [Tell or e-mail]
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Female or Male, Age between 23- 30 years old.
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
•At least 1 years of experience with accounting.
•Good command of English
•Knowledge of Thai accounting regulations & labor law
[Prefer]
•Have CPD license

Salary: 20,000THB – 30,000THB (Negotiable)
